Under general supervision, uses independent judgment and initiative to perform administrative and advanced clerical duties in support of the program. Must be resourceful, organized, efficient, and reliable. Will assist with managing the office and handle duties for front desk. Must be able to multi-task, provide daily administrative support to the program director and staff, monitor program data and input into GSU portal. Must complete monthly reports, audits, and tracking using Excel. Must ensure deadlines are met. Must complete financials, update charts, and set up new intake charts.
Program Name: Project Change Clubhouse
Works with the following population: Male and female individuals, ages 13 to 17.
Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Must have at least two (2) years of administrative/clerical experience in an office setting. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent customer service is a must!
Preferred Qualifications: Previous administrative/clerical experience
Days & Time: 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Some evenings may be required once a month.
Pay: $29,000 per year
