Admin. Support (Call Center Operator)


Program Name: Medical Services Unit

Days & Time: This position will work 40 hours a week. Monday through Friday. Most programs work from 8am to 5pm, with a one-hour lunchbreak.

Pay: $33,072 per year

Job Responsibilities: 

The candidate will: 

  • Receive and transfer all incoming calls. 
  • Schedule and reschedule appointments for the clinic's providers. 
  • Relay information to and from internal and external customers. 
  • Must be willing to cross-trained for administrative support positions, such as front desk and registration. 
    • Responsibilities included with those positions include:
      • Signing in individuals for appointments. 
      • Creating charts using the EMR system
      • Verifying financials and obtaining signatures for consents.

Minimum Requirements

Must have a high school diploma/GED. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and good communication skills. 

Preferred Qualifications

Prior call center experience and/or experience in an office setting.
