Job Description
The Chief Executive Officer serves as the chief executive and administrative leader of New Horizons Behavioral Health and is responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational performance, financial stewardship, and organizational effectiveness of the agency.
Reporting directly to the DBHDD Executive Director of the CSB Network, the CEO ensures that all programs and services are delivered in compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, contractual obligations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
The CEO leads executive leadership, drives organizational strategy, strengthens partnerships, ensures fiscal sustainability, and advances innovation in behavioral health service delivery.
