Contract Client Support Worker

Under direct supervision, the employee will transport and engage individual to and from community outings and events of their choice. The employee will electronically document the day's activities and the reaction of the individual in their electronic medical record. The employee is required to communicate with his/her immediate supervisor regularly. The employee may be asked to attend annual ISP meetings.

Program Name: DD Community Access Individual (CAI)

Locations served: Randolph County, Clay County, Stewart County, and Quitman County

Works with the following population: Male and female individuals with developmental disabilities.

Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or GED is required. Must have at least two (2) years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, mental illness, and/or addictive diseases. Must have a valid driver's license and an insured vehicle, as this position does transport. 

Preferred Qualifications
: Experience in working with individuals with mental disorders and/or challenging behaviors.

Days & Time: Determined by the individual and contractor.

Pay rate: $12.33 per hour
