The candidate will serve as lead therapist and will deliver and document individual/group therapy, as well as crisis intervention and case management services to students. Supervise daily function and operation of SBMH at school site. These services will be delivered at school site. The candidate will conduct intakes, screenings, and diagnostic assessment to establish differential diagnosis and treatment plans. Deliver person-centered, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed assessments and treatment
using evidence-based interventions. The candidate will utilize a strength based approach in collaborating with family systems, school staff, and community partners. May participate in community collaboration and treatment team meetings in support of students. Provides consultation education, and training to school personnel as requested. Maintains client charts/documentation according to agency standards.

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in social work or counseling. Any of the following licenses are preferred: LPC, LCSW, LMFT or LAPC, LMSW, LAMFT. At least 2 years' experience in a clinical setting providing assessments, therapy and services to youth and families. Some supervisory experience. A valid driver's license, with an insured vehicle, as this position requires transporting.
Days & Time: This position will work 40 hours a week. Monday through Friday. Most programs work from 8am to 5pm, with a one-hour lunchbreak.
Pay: $48,000 per year. Increase is dependent upon licensure.
