Under general supervision, provides direct, technical nursing care functions in accordance with individual nursing care plans and/or as directed by attending physician/clinician. Takes vital signs, administers medications, records required information in consumers' charts, observes reactions and prepares consumers for examinations as necessary.

Works with the following population: Male and female individuals with a mental health diagnosis, developmental disabilities, and addictive diseases.
Minimum Requirements: High School diploma / GED. A current Georgia license to practice as a licensed practical nurse. Must have an insured vehicle available for work, as well as a clean Motor Vehicle Report.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with individuals with mental disabilities and/or addictive diseases.
Days & Time: This position will work 40 hours a week. Most programs work Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm, with a 1-hour break.
Pay: $49,000 per year
