Under general supervision, the candidate will provide services by working hands on with individuals with mental illness, developmental diseases, and/or addictive diseases. The candidate will provide physical (primary care) and mental health services. The candidate will: maintain proper documentation and billing tickets in EMR; document so that the individual's level of care is supported; write prescriptions with low error rate; comply with all medical staff policies and procedures. Must engage in continuing education activities as required to maintain licensure and certification; participate in administrative activities and other request by the Medical Director (staff meetings, treatment team meetings, etc.); Participate on appropriately identified insurance panels. Must have general medical knowledge and the ability to diagnose and plan treatment effectively for psychiatric disorders.

Works with the following population: Male and female individuals with a mental health diagnosis, developmental disabilities, and addictive diseases.
Minimum Requirements: A current Georgia license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner. FNP with mental health experience, or FNP/PMH certification. Must have Integrated Care, Psychiatry, and physical health experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with individuals with mental disabilities and/or addictive diseases.
Days & Time: This position will work 40 hours a week. Most programs work Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm, with a 1-hour break.
Pay: $115,000 - $122,700 per year. The salary is based on certification(s).
