The candidate will be responsible for providing direct care to enhance the lives of individuals enrolled in multiple transitional programs.

The candidate will perform social services and clinical functions at an advanced level to individuals and their families.

The candidate will complete front desk duties and assist the families of youth and adolescents with mental illness, developmental disabilities, and/or addictive diseases.

Under general to limited supervision, the candidate will plan and coordinate the movement of vehicles, drivers, and clients.

Under direct supervision, the candidate will engage and transport an individual to and from community outings and events of their choice.

The candidate will manage the daily operations of the Intensive Case Management department by conducting weekly team meetings, etc. 

The candidate will work closely with the Corporate Compliance Officer to ensure the agency, and all who are connected, are compliant and ethically sound.

Under general supervision, the candidate will be expected to perform nursing assessments & other tasks, in addition to assisting the RN on site as needed.

The Client Support Worker cares for residents in a group home setting.

The candidate will perform social services functions at an advanced level to individuals and their families. 

The selected candidate will be responsible for prescribing, directing, administering, and/or monitoring psychotherapeutic treatments or medications to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders in adults and possibly children.

The Certified Peer Specialist–Parent (CPS-P) will provide part-time, non-clinical support to young individuals or families navigating mental health challenges.
